Lindsay Birchfield, ATC, LAT came to the Vereen Center in July 2015 as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. A graduate of the Georgia Southern University, Lindsay is certified by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification and is licensed by the State of Georgia.
During her time at Georgia Southern, Lindsay worked with the swimming & diving, baseball, track, cross country, and football teams. She also gained work experience with Georgia Southern’s recreation program and student health center, as well as rotations through orthopedic surgery, radiology, and emergency services.
As part of the Vereen Center’s Sports Medicine program, Lindsay will be working primarily with the athletic teams at Georgia Christian School while pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of North Georgia.
